Welcome back to another SOCCER SEASON at NORTH RYDE SOCCER CLUB. I trust you all had a great Christmas and New Year.

Message from the President:
Welcome to the 2022 season. Hoping the last seasons COVID disruption is the last we see. Due to the disrupted 2021 season we are very excited to be able to provide a discount on fees this season 2022 to the majority of age groups (In order to maximise the discount for all members, the size of the COVID discount was weighted with the ability for the younger ages to offset registration costs with the Active Kids Voucher). The committee has been preparing for the season over the past 2 months in readiness for a full season of football, from the purchasing of new goals for our minis & juniors, the introduction of blue shorts for our new under 6 players and the important purchase of an additional 2 defibrillators for the club.

Our Super League are well into their 3 session in preparation for the season, happy to announce a new sponsor for the squad, The Sawdust Hotel Gladesville, who will be supporting the squad with giving a home to celebrate their achievements.

We thank our ongoing Club sponsor Coxs Road Mall again for their support in 2022.

CLUB COMMUNICATION
Once again our main communication tool is: Stack Team App. (Note the new name is Stack Team app. This is the same app as last year).
Please go to the App Store or Google Play and download Stack Team App onto your mobile device, then follow these simple steps:
1. Sign-up to Stack Team App. You’ll be sent an e-mail to activate your account.
2. Log-in and search for North Ryde Soccer Club, then request to become a member.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
North Ryde Soccer (NRS) Club Registration for season 2022 is open online now.
Please note the NSW Government is offering a $100 Active Kids rebate for Mini and Junior Registrations. To obtain the rebate you will need to go to the Service NSW website and obtain a code prior to registering with North Ryde Soccer Club. The link for the website is:

Note: 2022 Kinder kids can apply now as long as they are enrolled in school.

We ask parents to register their children before attending grading which will be held in the first 2 weeks of February (Weather permitting).

Fees include the NWSF Player Levy, FFA Levy and Player Injury Insurance.

Each U6-U11 player receives a ball. Kickstart Co-operative coaches will return again this year to assist with mini training sessions (U6-U9). The club provides each player with a NRSC jersey that is on-loan to the player for the season.

Fees are before any government rebates. Parents must register with service New South Wales to obtain the Active Kids Voucher prior to registration.

A 15% family discount for three or more players in one family is offered. You pay the full registration and then the Club reimburses you the discount. Please email discount refund requests to the Treasurer with the details

How to figure out your age division: You play in the age division for the age you are turning in 2022. For example, if you turn 8 you are U8. Over 35s must be 35 before they can play.

All players will need to purchase Club socks and shorts. You will also need boots and shin pads. The Club will again provide socks and shorts for sale, as well as a used soccer boot exchange.
